Soft top in Alpaca Stayfast® for Peugeot 205 (1986-1994) convertible

This is only the outer soft top (without headliner and without padding...)

Stayfast® Alpaca 3-layer Canvas (Haartz) :

• Composition of the 3 layers :
  • The outer layer is a 100% acrylic fabric (fine-grained linen weaving)
  • Rubber intermediate
  • The inner layer called "backing" is composed of a cotton blend (linen weaving)
• The tightness is perfectly ensured by a double roof seam (folded & glued).
• The border of the hood is in Alpaca.
• The canvas has a thickness of about 1 mm.

Rear window :

• PVC welded rear window(thickness of 10/10)
• The back part is mounted on a zipper

Notes :

• For a better fixation of the interior flag, Velcro are already in place
• Protective tape for hoops and cable kit are offered

General information on our soft tops:

• All of our materials are cut using Gerber computerized cutting equipment to make top :
- Sizing, cutting and faultless assembly
- Perfect adaptation in 3D: it adapts perfectly the curves of the arch.
- Speed of assembly: The main source of difficulty and loss of time during installation is related to the centering of the hood.
• Vinyl and Alpaca soft tops are heat sealed on the outside.
• The main seams are all double-stitched for strength and durability.
• Our tops are all sewn with premium polyester threads which are UV protected. (ensure the longevity of the top)
